Delivery Cost?

Delivery ranges from $10-$55

If we are unable to complete your flower delivery due to circumstances such as safety concerns including unsecured animals, inaccessible gated premises, or any other issue preventing safe access to the delivery location, we will contact the purchaser to discuss the available options.

With the purchaser's approval, we may leave the flowers at the delivery address in a safe location. Alternatively, the recipient may collect the order from our store or arrange a new delivery time. Please note that a redelivery fee will apply for any subsequent delivery attempt.

Where do we deliver?

Proudly delivering across the Capricorn Coast, including Yeppoon, Taranganba, Cooee Bay, Lammermoor, Rosslyn, Zilzie, Emu Park, Mulambin, Kinka Beach and surrounding areas.

If you are unable to select your delivery address at checkout, please give us a call. We'll be happy to assist you and confirm whether we can deliver to your location.

Do we offer instore collection?

Yes, we do! If you would prefer to collect your order, simply complete your purchase and select 'Local Pick Up' as your shipping option at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

What time will my order be delivered?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we do offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm - Monday to Friday, delivery on Saturday will be subject to availability unless pre-arranged by 2pm Friday.

All deliveries will be completed by close of business on the selected delivery date. If you choose our AM or PM delivery option, we will do our best to deliver your flowers within your preferred time frame. However, these time preferences cannot be guaranteed and are subject to delivery conditions and demand.

Orders containing Alcohol

Where alcohol is included in our flower arrangements or gift hampers, it is supplied in accordance with Queensland liquor laws.

Alcohol gifts are only available to customers aged 18 years or over and must be delivered to an adult recipient who is not the purchaser. Valid identification may be requested upon delivery.

Alcohol included in our gifts is limited to the quantities permitted under Queensland regulations.
